Property Litigation Solicitor – 1 PQE+ Location: Cambridgeshire Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 Working arrangement: Hybrid Working (2 Days from Home) A leading regional Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing department in Cambridgeshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to join a highly regarded disputes team at an exciting stage of growth. You will work closely with a well-respected Partner who is continuing to expand the team as part of the firm’s ambitious five-year growth strategy. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of both residential and commercial property disputes, providing excellent quality work and long-term progression opportunities. The caseload will include a wide range of property litigation matters, including: Landlord and tenant disputes Boundary disputes Rights of way disputes Business tenancies under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Service charge disputes Defective building works claims Dilapidations claims on lease termination Forfeiture matters Rent arrears recovery Injunctive proceedings This is a genuine growth role with plenty of existing work, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their technical ability while also having real input into the growth and direction of the team.
