Senior Probate Paralegal – Middleton We are currently looking for a Senior Probate Paralegal to join our client's Probate team based in Middleton. This is a permanent role involving a broad range of Probate, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters. You will manage your own caseload and work closely with colleagues to deliver a high standard of client service while supporting the continued development of the department. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of Probate, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters from instruction to completion Maintaining and housekeeping files on the case management system Providing a friendly, knowledgeable and professional service to clients Working closely with elderly clients and grieving families Visiting clients in nursing homes and private residences where required Taking instructions for Wills and Powers of Attorney Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney documentation Progressing matters within agreed timescales and meeting all deadlines Maintaining accurate and complete files and records Preparing routine correspondence and documentation Collating reports and supporting documents, including photocopying and scanning where appropriate Developing transferable skills across the wider business Taking a proactive approach to personal and professional development Person Specification: The ideal candidate will bring with them/be: Previous experience handling Probate, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters Good technical knowledge of Wills, LPAs and Estate Administration Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong IT and word processing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional telephone manner Ability to work effectively within a team environment Self-motivated, reliable and proactive Flexible approach and willingness to develop new skills Positive attitude and strong client care skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use Details: Salary up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm 25 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays Pension scheme Attendance bonus Birthday holiday Life insurance Discount schemes and employee benefits package Training and development opportunities Internal workshops and compliance webinars Job Type: Full-time, Permanent If you're interested in this role, hit the apply button or reach out to Jack Lloyd directly at Jack.Lloyd@OculusLegalGroup.com
