The Private Client team is one of the firm’s largest and busiest departments, consistently ranked at the top in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide. The team provides expert legal services to high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, and business professionals, benefiting from a loyal client base and a steady stream of repeat business.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established client base, handling a full range of private client matters, including:
- Estate planning, including wills and inheritance tax advice
- The creation, administration, and termination of trusts
- Probate and estate administration, including deeds of variation
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
About You
- Strong technical expertise across wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning
- STEP qualification (or willingness to undertake) is highly desirable
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
