An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a leading, multi-office national Legal 100 law firm in Birmingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality private client matters for high-value individuals, including celebrities and wealthy business owners, within a firm recognised for excellence, structured training, and long-term career development.
The Role
- You will manage a broad and varied private client caseload, including:
- Inheritance tax planning and estate planning
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate administration matters
- Lifetime trusts
- Advising mass affluent and high-net-worth clients
You will work closely with a highly regarded team, benefiting from excellent mentoring, technical support, and exposure to complex and interesting matters.
About You
- Ideally 3+ years PQE in Private Client
- Strong technical knowledge within a private client setting
- Proven experience advising mass affluent clients on IHT planning, estate planning, and estate administration
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Ability to work effectively to deadlines
- Proactive, ambitious, and motivated to progress your career
- Experience supporting business development within a team or firm
- Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
