Private Client Solicitor/CILEX – Nottingham | Hybrid Working -Legal 500 Law Firm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded, multi-office national Legal 500 law firm in Nottingham. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality, complex private client matters for high-net-worth individuals, including celebrities and successful business owners, within a firm recognised for its technical excellence, supportive culture, and long-term career development.
The role
You will manage a broad and varied private client caseload, including:
- Inheritance Tax planning and estate planning
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Lifetime trusts
- Advising mass affluent and high-net-worth clients
You will work closely with a well-established and respected private client team, benefiting from excellent training, mentoring, and exposure to complex and interesting work.
About you
- Ideally 3+ years’ PQE in Private Client
- Strong technical knowledge and experience within a private client setting
- Proven experience advising mass affluent clients on IHT planning, estate planning, and estate administration
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
- Proactive, ambitious, and committed to long-term career progression
- Working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office
