An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm based in Central London. The position would suit a solicitor with at least 1 year’s post-qualification experience, although newly qualified solicitors with strong private client experience during their training will also be considered. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to working on high and ultra-high net worth matters.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a well-established and supportive Private Client department, advising a broad range of clients including high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. The work will be varied and of high quality, encompassing:
- Drafting wills and trusts
- Estate and tax planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters
You will manage your own caseload under appropriate supervision and work closely with partners on complex and high-value matters.
The Candidate
- 1+ PQE in Private Client law (applications from strong NQs are welcome)
- Solid grounding across the full spectrum of private client work
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering a first-class service
