Private Client Solicitor – Lancashire
£40,000 – £60,000
Oculus are currently working with a prestigious regional law firm, based in Lancashire, with offices in both Lancaster and Preston. They have a strategic growth plan, which has seen them bolster their team with a number of experienced Partner hires in recent times and they are looking to expand their team even more so.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
The position involves handling a variety of Private Client matters such as:
- Wills
- Probate
- LPAs
- Trusts
- Applications to the Court of Protection
