Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of estate planning and executry matters, including complex cases involving HMRC. The position is designed for a professional who can seamlessly integrate into the team and manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Estate Planning & Executry: Drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney, and assisting with estate administration.
• Tax & Compliance: Handling inheritance tax matters and liaising with HMRC on complex issues.
• Client Interaction: Maintaining and developing client relationships, providing clear and concise advice.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with the Head of Department / Partner and the team to support departmental growth and development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in private client law, with a strong background in estate planning and executry work.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing complex cases.
• Communication: Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly.
• Autonomy: Ability to manage a caseload independently and work with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a flexible environment with a mix of remote and in-office work.
