The Role:
As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will provide key administrative and secretarial support to fee earners, helping to ensure the smooth progression of client files and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and formatting legal documents such as wills, probate forms, and LPA documentation
- Managing diaries, appointments, and meetings for solicitors
- Liaising with clients by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and discretion
- Assisting with file opening, closure, and archiving in line with compliance protocols
- Supporting with billing and time recording
