Private Client Legal Secretary β Spalding

Salary: Β£26,000 β Β£30,000 DOE
Join a top 150 national law firm recognised for its commitment to client relationships and its expert handling of private client matters. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal secretary to contribute to a dedicated Private Client team in Spalding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate administrative support, acting as the first point of contact for clients on matters such as wills, probate, and estate administration.
- Prepare and format key legal documents including wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate applications, and estate administration paperwork with precision.
- Manage fee earners\β diaries, coordinate client meetings, and maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with probate and estate administration tasks, liaising with banks, financial institutions, HMRC, and the Probate Registry.
- Handle routine correspondence, prepare client invoices, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary, ideally within a private client or similar practice area.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work sensitively with elderly or bereaved clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A professional, discreet, and detail-focused approach to work.
