A prestigious national Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their Birmingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, complex private client matters for high-net-worth individuals, including entrepreneurs and celebrities, within a firm renowned for its technical excellence, supportive culture, and career development opportunities.
The Role
- You will manage a varied private client caseload, including:
- Inheritance Tax and estate planning
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate administration
- Lifetime trusts
- Advising mass affluent and high-net-worth clients
You will work alongside a respected private client team, benefiting from structured mentoring, excellent training, and exposure to technically challenging and rewarding work.
About You
- 3+ years PQE in Private Client
- Strong technical knowledge and experience across private client matters
- Proven track record advising mass affluent clients on IHT, estate planning, and administration
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive, ambitious, and committed to career growth
- Experience supporting business development
- Familiarity with case management systems and Microsoft Office
