Post-Exchange Paralegal | Legal 500 Firm | Birmingham | Hybrid Working Salary: starting at £28,000 Currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Post-Exchange Paralegal to join a high profile Legal 100 Real Estate team in Birmingham. This role sits within the specialist Post Exchange Team , supporting high-volume real estate transactions from exchange through to completion and post-completion registration . You will play a key role in ensuring matters progress efficiently, accurately, and within strict deadlines. The Role Managing post-exchange transactions, deadlines, trackers and workflow calendars Preparing and submitting SDLT returns, AP1 applications and priority searches Monitoring completion, Land Registry, cancellation and statutory deadlines Handling Land Registry requisitions and supporting post-completion processes Providing client updates and supporting fee earners with day-to-day enquiries Maintaining accurate records, file compliance and departmental procedures About You Minimum 18 months’ experience in a similar Real Estate / Post-Completion role Strong organisational, drafting and time management skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume work Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach Competency in Word, Excel and Outlook A strong academic background Desirable: Experience working with Registered Providers / Housing Associations .
