About the Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Development and investment transactions
  • Asset management work
  • Property finance matters
  • General commercial property transactions
  • Client relationship management and business development activities

The role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and owner-managed businesses.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
  • Proven ability to manage a commercial property caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Ambitious and motivated to develop within a growing team
