What you'll be doing

  • Managing your own caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision
  • Handling a broad range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
  • Acting for a variety of clients, including investor clients
  • Providing a high level of client service throughout the transaction process
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers
  • Participating in departmental and firm-wide marketing initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues while taking ownership of your own matters

About you

  • Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with approximately 1–5 years' PQE
  • Experience gained within residential property/conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge across general residential property transactions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and driven approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Keen to develop and build a successful long-term career in residential property
