Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters, with support available where required.
  • Handle a variety of claims including road traffic accidents, employer's liability, public liability and more complex injury matters depending on experience.
  • Work closely with the Head of Department on higher-value and more technical cases, developing your expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional standard of client care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider litigation team and contribute to the continued success of the department.
Skills & Experience:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced non-qualified Personal Injury fee earner.
  • Experience managing a Personal Injury caseload or assisting on claimant Personal Injury matters.
  • Strong communication and client care skills.
  • A proactive and ambitious approach, with a desire to continue developing your technical expertise.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
