An excellent opportunity has arisen within a highly respected law firm for an enthusiastic and proactive Paralegal to join a leading Personal Injury and Industrial Disease team. The role offers hands-on experience with complex, high-value claims, including serious injury and asbestos-related cases, supporting senior fee earners and working directly with clients.
This is a fantastic stepping stone for someone keen to develop a legal career in claimant work, with exposure to litigation, research, client interaction, and even marketing initiatives. 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle new client enquiries with care and professionalism
- Support senior fee earners on complex Personal Injury and mesothelioma cases
- Draft legal correspondence and court documents
- Prepare court bundles and conduct detailed legal and corporate research
- Assist with marketing initiatives - social media content, articles, and charity events
- Maintain case documentation and file management systems (iManage, Elite, MatterSphere)
- Provide general administrative support across the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in Claimant PI or asbestos litigation is desirable
- Good knowledge of PI and disease law is an advantage
- Confident communicating with clients, especially over the phone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Tech literate, with solid MS Office and legal tech system knowledge
- Motivated to learn and grow within claimant litigation
