As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist solicitors and conveyancers in managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion. You will play a vital role in ensuring the process runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting fee earners with the management of residential conveyancing files
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Conducting property searches and reviewing title documentation
