We’re working with a highly respected regional law firm looking to hire an experienced Legal PA to support the Head of Department alongside a busy and collaborative Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and highly organised Legal PA who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys working closely with senior fee earners while playing a key role in the smooth running of the department.
We are seeking a personable and proactive Legal PA to provide high-level support to an experienced Partner and his wider team, including solicitors, a legal executive, and a trainee solicitor. Working closely with another PA, you will help ensure the efficient day-to-day management of the department while delivering exceptional client service.
- Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Assisting with billing, invoices, expenses, and financial administration.
- Providing wider administrative support including email management, filing, photocopying, and handling telephone calls.
Previous experience as a Legal PA or Personal Assistant within a legal environment. Strong administration and audio typing skills with high attention to detail. Litigation & Dispute Resolution experience is advantageous but not essential.
