Commercial Property Partner (Salaried) Norfolk An established boutique law firm is looking to appoint a Salaried Partner to join its Commercial Property practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer with a strong reputation in Commercial Property, an established client following and/or a well-developed network of professional referral contacts. The firm has a partner-led, boutique-style structure, combining the personal service and autonomy of a smaller practice with a strong existing client base competing with large nationals in the region. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to: Take a leading role within the Commercial Property practice. Manage and develop an established client base. Build on existing professional referral networks and generate new opportunities. Have genuine autonomy over your work and client relationships. Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the firm. Work within a progressive and collaborative environment. About You: Significant experience in Commercial Property and/or Development. A strong reputation and established standing within their area of practice. An existing client following and/or strong network of referral contacts. Excellent technical and client management skills.
