What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with appropriate supervision
  • Handling transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more where required
  • Supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters when required
  • Providing clear, practical advice to clients and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team
  • Contributing to business development and networking activities as your experience grows

About you:

  • At least 1 year conveyancing experience
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop your expertise
