We are working with a firm well-established in the Midlands who are looking for a new business assistant to support the conveyancing department in the Leamington Spa office. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to progress a career in conveyancing.
Responsibilities include:
- Provided full support to the conveyancing department
- Prepare correspondence using the existing case management system
- Liaise with clients via phone, email and face-to-face
- Open, manage, and close files
- Maintain good relationships with new business introducers
- Guide clients with initial first steps of their move
- Performed additional duties as required
What we need from you:

- A sales background or similar is nice to have
- Good communication skills via telephone and face to face
