A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their dynamic Residential Property team in Milton Keynes. This role offers a unique opportunity to handle a variety of residential conveyancing tasks, including plot sales and Housing Association matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Review title, searches, and supporting documents.
- Prepare contract documentation and minor amendments.
- Prepare and deliver Reports on Title and Searches to clients.
- Handle Housing Association matters including shared ownership plot sales.
- Prepare and respond to Land Registry requisitions.
- Manage exchange of contracts, completions, and related documentation.
- Provide professional service to clients, including updating trackers and client communications.
- Participate in marketing events and promote the firm’s services.
Experience and Skills
- Experience in residential property and conveyancing procedures.
- Knowledge of CQS Scheme and ability to prepare SDLT/LTT, AP1/FR1 forms.
- Proficient in IT and legal industry-specific systems.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
