This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-3 Years PQE) to join a firm with an outstanding reputation, genuine progression opportunities and exciting long-term growth plans.
Working closely with the Head of Department, you will receive excellent mentorship while developing your expertise across a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
- Commercial acquisitions of residential property
- Grant and acquisition of new leases
- Lease renewals, variations and assignments
- Property refinancing
