I am working with a highly regarded national law firm looking to appoint an Associate / Senior Associate to join its top-tier Housing Management team in Manchester. The team is consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK, recognised for its specialist expertise across housing and health. Acting for a range of organisations operating at the heart of local communities, the team handles a high volume of complex and often high‑profile housing matters. You will be joining a well‑established and collaborative team with a strong reputation across the sector.

The Opportunity

This is a varied and rewarding Housing Management role, offering exposure to high quality work across a broad spectrum of matters, including:

  • Residential possession proceedings
  • Anti‑social behaviour cases
  • Tenancy management issues, including succession and termination
  • Human rights and equality considerations within housing
  • The impact of insolvency (including bankruptcy and debt relief orders) on rent arrears claims

You will manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues and supporting senior members of the team on more complex matters.
