Real Estate Litigation Solicitor / Associate Locations: Hybrid A leading international legal and business services firm is looking to appoint an experienced Real Estate Litigation Solicitor / Associate to join its established and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property litigator who wants exposure to high-quality, varied work for major household-name clients , alongside the opportunity to develop their own client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the team. You’ll advise a broad range of clients on the legal and commercial aspects of complex commercial property disputes, with matters including: ~1954 Act lease renewals, both opposed and unopposed ~ Property-related insolvency issues ~ Court proceedings and wider commercial property disputes You’ll have access to dedicated real estate paralegal support and work closely with specialist legal operations and business services teams, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality legal advice and excellent client service. Hybrid and flexible working Broad and varied commercial property litigation caseload Opportunity to develop and grow your own client relationships Strong links with transactional real estate teams You’ll ideally have solid experience in commercial real estate litigation and be confident handling your own matters with a strong understanding of the technical and commercial issues involved. You’ll be someone who takes ownership of your work, enjoys building client relationships and wants to develop as part of an established team.
