Oculus are currently working with an exceptional Top 50 Law Firm based in Manchester, with an award‑winning Employment team, as recognised by the Legal 500. They have recently made a couple of junior hires into the team and are now looking to bolster their team further with a Senior/Director level hire, that would have potential to bring work with them.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).
Position & ResponsibilitiesThe position involves advising on a wide range of complex Employment matters including:
- Disciplinary and grievance matters
- Discrimination
- TUPE
- Whistleblowing
- Restructures and strategic advice to senior management teams and boards
