A highly regarded commercial law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, working alongside experienced litigators on high-quality commercial disputes while developing their own client base and taking on increasing responsibility.

You will manage your own caseload of lower-value matters while supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value litigation within a collaborative and ambitious team.

The Role

The successful candidate will advise businesses on a broad range of commercial disputes, handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own commercial litigation caseload with appropriate autonomy.
  • Advising clients on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, contentious insolvency and other commercial litigation matters.
  • Assisting senior lawyers on complex, high-value litigation.
  • Attending mediations and Joint Settlement Meetings (JSMs).
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and creating legal content.
  • Delivering practical, commercial advice and exceptional client service.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitors with between 2 and 6 years' PQE in Commercial Litigation.
