The team is recognised in the Legal 500 for its technical expertise and quality of work, advising a broad client base across both commercial and residential property disputes. This is a genuinely diverse Property Litigation role offering exposure to high quality work across a broad spectrum of contentious property matters, including: Landlord and tenant disputes (including lease renewals, dilapidations and forfeiture) Real property disputes such as easements, restrictive covenants and rights of light Property-related contractual disputes Possession and trespass claims Professional negligence matters involving property professionals The role offers excellent scope to develop your technical expertise while gaining exposure to high quality clients and work. The firm is ideally seeking a solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in Property Litigation, although candidates outside of this range with the right experience will be considered.
