The team provides pragmatic, commercially focused advice across a wide range of contentious matters, working closely with clients from the initial stages of a dispute through to resolution and, where necessary, litigation. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior members of the team, while also having the opportunity to manage their own matters under appropriate supervision. The role will involve a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution work, including: Commercial and contractual disputes Professional negligence claims Commercial agency claims Insolvency litigation Injunctive relief and urgent applications There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development and practice development , both within the litigation team and across the wider firm.
