What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and developing a team of recruitment consultants, driving performance and accountability

- Taking ownership of highâvalue, seniorâlevel mandates within the legal sector
- Coaching and mentoring junior consultants to achieve and exceed targets
- Driving business development strategies to expand market share and client base
- Overseeing the endâtoâend recruitment process, ensuring excellence at every stage
- Using market insights and data to shape strategy and deliver results
What You Need to Succeed:
- Proven track record in recruitment, ideally within a highâperformance environment
- Legal experience preferred but not essential
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring or managing others
- Exceptional business development and client management skills
- Commercially driven with a strategic mindset
- Resilience, ambition, and a resultsâfocused attitude
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
