A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join its highly experienced and supportive Real Estate team in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to join a well-established national team, working on high-value and complex general Real Estate matters, while benefiting from an excellent culture, flexible working and a clear career pathway.

The Role

The role will involve advising a broad range of clients on a variety of commercial property matters, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Investment transactions
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Portfolio management
  • Refinancing projects
  • General commercial property and Real Estate matters
  • High-value and complex transactions

You will work alongside an experienced team and have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise and client relationships while working on a varied and high-quality caseload.
