A well-established international law firm is seeking a GTF Paralegal to join its London office, supporting a specialist finance and transportation-focused practice group working on cross-border transactional matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal to gain exposure to high-quality corporate, commercial lending and asset finance work within a fast-paced international environment.

The Role:

  • Supporting fee earners on corporate, finance and transactional matters across multiple jurisdictions
  • Managing and maintaining transaction closing checklists and completion schedules
  • Preparing signature packs and coordinating execution of transaction documents
  • Compiling, organising and maintaining closing sets and deal documentation
  • Preparing duplicate and final execution versions of transaction documents
  • Monitoring deal progress and status updates across multiple stakeholders
  • Assisting with commercial lending, secured finance and asset-based financing transactions
  • Supporting general transactional and administrative work throughout deal lifecycle
  • Liaising with internal teams and external counsel as required

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required
  • Previous paralegal experience in a law firm environment preferred
  • Exposure to corporate, finance or transactional work advantageous
  • Experience with closing checklists and document execution processes essential
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and professional approach to stakeholder management
  • UCC experience beneficial but not essential
