About the Role
You will take on a broad and stimulating caseload across commercial and civil disputes, acting for businesses, individuals and professional clients. Typical matters will include:
- Complex contract claims
- Shareholder, director and partnership disagreements
- Property and boundary disputes
- Commercial and residential landlord/tenant issues
- Contentious probate and inheritance disputes
- Professional and business reputation matters
- Debt recovery and enforcement
