Oculus are working with an established firm in Warwickshire, who are looking for a dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a ready‑made caseload and benefit from a supportive, collaborative environment with excellent benefits.
The Role
- Manage the full range of residential conveyancing files, including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.
- Work with a paralegal who handles file onboarding and checks, taking files through to post‑completion.
- Provide clear, proactive communication and a high level of client service.
- Utilise a case management system to ensure files progress smoothly.
- Contribute to a busy, supportive, and collaborative office culture.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years PQE as a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent experience).
- Proven ability to manage your own caseload of residential sales and purchases.
- Strong organisational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude, confident in a client‑focused environment.
