Oculus are working with an established firm in Warwickshire, who are looking for a dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a ready‑made caseload and benefit from a supportive, collaborative environment with excellent benefits.

The Role

  • Manage the full range of residential conveyancing files, including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Work with a paralegal who handles file onboarding and checks, taking files through to post‑completion.
  • Provide clear, proactive communication and a high level of client service.
  • Utilise a case management system to ensure files progress smoothly.
  • Contribute to a busy, supportive, and collaborative office culture.

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years PQE as a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to manage your own caseload of residential sales and purchases.
  • Strong organisational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude, confident in a client‑focused environment.
