An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Manager to join a well-established, Legal 500-ranked law firm recognised by The Times Best Law Firms. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the partners with the day-to-day operational management of a growing, multi-office practice.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the firm, maintaining regulatory compliance and driving operational improvements across the business.
- Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and prepare for regulatory and HMRC audits.
- Manage and improve internal compliance procedures, risk management and governance.
- Manage credit control processes and work with fee earners to improve cash collection.
- Review and implement policies, procedures and operational improvements.
Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Legal Operations Manager or similar within a law firm is required. Experience working within a multi-office legal practice is essential. A strong understanding of SRA compliance, Solicitors Accounts Rules and regulatory requirements is necessary.
