A well-regarded national law firm is looking to recruit a Post Completion Paralegal into its growing Real Estate team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and highly regarded property practice supporting a large volume of residential development transactions from exchange through to registration, working closely with fee earners and major housing sector clients.
The Role:
- Managing post-completion processes across a high-volume caseload of property transactions
- Handling SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications and related registration formalities
- Monitoring transaction deadlines and maintaining workflow trackers to ensure smooth completions
- Reviewing priority searches and dealing with post-completion documentation
- Assisting with Land Registry requisitions and resolving registration issues efficiently
- Providing regular transaction updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Supporting fee earners across the wider Real Estate team with transactional matters
- Maintaining accurate electronic records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Managing competing priorities while delivering a consistently high standard of work
About You:
- Previous experience within a post completion or residential property support role
- Strong understanding of SDLT submissions and Land Registry processes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable managing high-volume transactional work and strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and client-focused approach
- Able to work independently while supporting a wider team environment
- Strong academic background preferred
- Experience within residential development or social housing work would be advantageous
