A well-established and busy legal practice is now looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join its growing Family Law team. With an increasing volume of work and a steady flow of complex matters, the firm offers a supportive and hands-on environment where you can build your experience and develop your career within a close-knit team.
This is a great opportunity for a Junior Family Lawyer to step into a varied caseload, gain exposure to high-quality work, and work closely with an experienced Associate.
As a Family Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of family matters from start to finish, while also supporting on more complex cases. The work is varied and includes both private and public family law matters, offering strong breadth early in your career.
You’ll be:
- Managing a caseload including divorce, adoption, childcare matters, mediation, and financial and property arrangements
- Handling multiple complex cases with strong attention to detail
- Supporting the Associate with workload and more complex files
- Working in a busy, client-focused environment
- Balancing independent working with team collaboration
What You’ll Need:
- 1–2 years PQE, or equivalent experience (NQ's might be considered with strong paralegal experience)
- Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and self-sufficient approach
