We are working with a legal-500 ranked, highly-reputable law firm that is looking for a Paralegal to support their Family team in Central London. You will provide direct support to the wider team of fee earners, assisting with day-to-day duties and managing a caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress a career in family law.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to partners and associates in preparing case documents and correspondence.
- Collating and preparing court bundles and other document bundles.
- Assisting with meeting preparations, both internal and external.
- Liaising with clients, Counsel's Chambers, clerks, and courts via phone, email, or in person as required.
- Managing administrative tasks like opening files, conducting AML/CDD processes, and maintaining the court portal diary for partners.
- Supporting business development and marketing initiatives, including organising meetings and drafting template correspondence.
- Handling finance-related tasks such as preparing posting slips, managing the billing process, and organising conflict searches.
- E-filing, document production, and ensuring all documents are saved and formatted according to in-house style.
