We're currently working with a highly regarded law firm that is looking to appoint a senior property lawyer to take a leading role in the continued growth and development of its Property Department.
They want a lawyer who can help shape the department, support junior lawyers, strengthen client relationships and play a key role in the firm's long-term growth strategy. For the right individual, this offers the chance to step into a position of real influence and become the driving force behind an already successful property offering.
The department advises a broad range of clients across commercial property matters and has established relationships with businesses, investors, developers and owner-managed companies. The successful candidate will be expected to take a leading role in developing the practice, helping to grow the client base and supporting the wider strategic objectives of the firm.
