A well-established law firm is looking to recruit a confident and proactive Legal Assistant into its Commercial Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and client-facing experience to join a busy and supportive team within a fast-paced commercial property environment.
The Role:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and handling enquiries professionally
- Opening new files and completing onboarding documentation
- Supporting fee earners with day-to-day commercial conveyancing matters
- Preparing documents, printing, scanning, filing and general administration
- Maintaining organised case files and supporting workflow across the department
- Meeting clients in the office when required
About You:
- Ideally 1-3 years’ experience within a legal or professional office environment
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Confident telephone manner and able to manage busy client interactions
- Organised, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and looking for a long-term opportunity
