This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious residential conveyancer to join a partner-led team with a strong reputation in the market, a loyal client base, and a steady flow of high-quality work. The firm has built its success on providing commercially focused advice and fostering long-term client relationships, offering lawyers genuine autonomy and visibility within the business. The property department acts on a broad range of matters and has particular strength in high-value residential transactions, development work, and secured lending. The team enjoys strong referral networks and repeat business from clients across the region. You will manage your own residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, providing practical advice and a high level of client service throughout the transaction process. Handling remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions Reviewing titles, searches, mortgage offers and contract documentation Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships Qualified Solicitors or CILEX professionals with 3+ years' PQE in Residential Property Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions, including leasehold matters A commercial and solutions-focused approach You will join a highly experienced and supportive property team within a modern and entrepreneurial law firm.
