A highly regarded Legal 500-ranked specialist law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Associate to join its established Property team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious residential conveyancer to join a partner-led team with a strong reputation in the market, a loyal client base, and a steady flow of high-quality work. The Role
You will manage your own residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, providing practical advice and a high level of client service throughout the transaction process. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
- Advising clients on bridging finance and secured lending matters
- Reviewing titles, searches, mortgage offers and contract documentation
- Drafting and negotiating conveyancing documents and reports on title
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
- Managing exchange, completion and post-completion processes
- Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to team growth
Candidate Requirements
The firm is seeking: Qualified Solicitors or CILEX professionals with 3+ years' PQE in Residential Property, proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently, strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions, including leasehold matters, excellent communication and client relationship management skills, a commercial and solutions-focused approach, experience developing professional relationships with clients and referrers, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
