The firm has built a reputation for excellence, tackling complex disputes for major PLCs, financial institutions, and well-known brands. - Rectification of deposited documents for a major PLC with potential liability up to £80m

The Role
As an Associate within the firm’s Regional Dispute Resolution Group, you’ll take ownership of a varied, high-quality caseload while being fully supported by a collaborative and experienced team. You’ll work across:
- Professional negligence
- Banking and finance litigation
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Shareholder and company disputes
- Defamation and reputation management
- Judicial review
- Contentious insolvency
You’ll also play an integral part in wider team initiatives supporting on larger matters, contributing to BD efforts, and sharing knowledge that strengthens the group as a whole.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and progress your own varied caseload with excellence
- Deliver clear, commercial, and pragmatic advice
- Build trusted relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Supervise junior team members and support partners on complex files
- Maintain accurate time recording, budgeting, and file management
- Contribute to seminars, articles, pitches, and wider BD initiatives
