A highly regarded Legal 500 ranked, multi-office regional law firm are looking to hire a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader to join its established and expanding property team in Lincoln.
The role is open to qualified and non-qualified candidates, including Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and experienced fee earners. The key requirement is strong hands-on residential conveyancing experience and the confidence to lead a team.
You will be a main figure in the department’s ongoing growth and success, with the autonomy to shape processes, support service delivery and help drive performance across the team.
