A leading law firm is continuing the growth of its disputes offering in Spalding and is now looking to appoint a Property Litigation Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer looking to develop within a genuinely supportive and people-focused environment, while gaining exposure to complex, high-value property disputes work for developers, investors, landlords, and corporate occupiers across the UK.
You will work closely alongside highly respected partners on a varied and technically challenging caseload, with clear progression opportunities and access to one of the strongest development programmes in the market. The firm places a real focus on supporting and developing its lawyers, offering structured mentoring, training, and career progression, alongside realistic expectations with chargeable hour targets of just 5 hours per day and full administrative support to help avoid burnout.
