The Role
You will handle a varied commercial property caseload including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Refinancing transactions
- Leasehold matters and landlord & tenant work
- Option agreements
- Transfers of property into trusts
- Agricultural land matters and first registrations
- Pension trust and SIPP-related property work
- Corporate support real estate transactions
- Property aspects of wider tax and restructuring matters
This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys transactional and advisory-led work and wants exposure to matters that are often unavailable within more traditional property teams.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with between NQ–5 Years PQE
- Commercial property experience gained within private practice or an in-house environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware and pragmatic approach
- Comfortable working collaboratively with other professional advisors
The team places significant importance on personality, collaboration, and client relationship skills alongside technical ability.
