An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Legal Secretary based in the Spalding office. This role is ideal for an experienced legal secretary with a background in litigation who is looking to join a highly regarded and supportive law firm.
You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team, ensuring the smooth running of matters while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team.
- Prepare, format and amend legal documents, correspondence and court documentation.
- Manage fee earners' diaries, appointments and meetings.
- Liaise professionally with clients, courts and third parties via telephone, email and post.
- Open, maintain and close client files in accordance with firm procedures.
- Assist with document management, scanning, filing and general office administration.
- Support billing processes, file management and other departmental administrative tasks.
- Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with firm policies and procedures.
We are looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary who can work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
You will have:
- Previous litigation legal secretarial experience (essential).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
