We’re working with a long-established, highly respected law firm with a strong reputation across the East Midlands who are looking to recruit a Conveyancing / Property Paralegal into their growing Land Development & New Homes team based in Newark.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys varied, fast-paced property work and wants to be involved in high-quality residential development and infrastructure projects within a well-structured, supportive team.

You’ll be supporting a busy and collaborative team of Partners and Fee Earners, with exposure to a broad range of property development and conveyancing matters:

  • Managing an ongoing caseload under supervision and delivering high levels of client service
  • Maintaining accurate billing records and assisting with financial management, including monies on account
  • Working in line with strict compliance, risk, and quality standards
  • Staying up to date with developments in property law and conveyancing practice

Experience within conveyancing, residential property, or property-related legal work is required.
