We're working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong presence across Lincolnshire and the East Midlands, looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy and growing Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous residential conveyancing experience to join a supportive and reputable firm, taking ownership of their own caseload while playing a key role in delivering an excellent client experience throughout the conveyancing process.

The Role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, working closely with clients and third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently and smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion
  • Handling a caseload of sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documentation
  • Conducting searches and raising enquiries
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties throughout transactions
  • Preparing files for exchange and completion
  • Managing post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
  • Ensuring compliance with SRA requirements and internal procedures
  • Providing an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction process
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems
  • Supporting the wider Property team where required

About You

  • Previous experience handling residential conveyancing matters
  • Ability to manage your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and prioritise workload effectively
  • Proactive, professional and client-focused approach
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while contributing positively to a team environment
