This team is so busy they are currently having to turn work away and they need another experienced conveyancer to join them.

I’m working with a Legal 500 firm in Lewes who are open to speaking with Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers, Solicitors, Associates and Senior Associates.

  • £45,000–£80,000 depending on experience
  • 15% bonus on all billings above target
  • 1–2 days in the office per week
  • Genuine progression through to Legal Director

What makes this one different?

  • Autonomy – they want someone who can get on with their own caseload without being micromanaged.
  • A genuine pipeline of work – this isn’t a role where you’ll spend your time wondering where the next matter is coming from. They’re actively turning work away because they’re so busy.
  • Flexible seniority – whether you’re an experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate, they’re open to the right person.
  • Real progression – the structure allows you to develop your career from Conveyancer through to Legal Director.
  • A proper office environment – dedicated desks, individual rooms and plenty of space. It’s an old building with loads of character and plenty of its own quirks!
  • People genuinely matter – the firm has a huge focus on wellbeing and mental health, including access to a qualified mental health specialist.

And importantly, this is a team where there is work to be done. If you’re someone who enjoys having a busy caseload, getting your head down and doing the work without someone constantly looking over your shoulder, this could be a really good fit.

I’m open to speaking with people at different levels, so if you’re unsure whether your experience fits, drop me a message anyway.
