I’m working with an established multi-office law firm in Leicester that is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join its growing property team.
The firm has built flexibility into the way the team actually works. Alongside hybrid working, with around three days per week in the office, they are open to alternative working arrangements including a 9-day fortnight or working five days across four.
You’ll be joining a supportive team and working closely with a highly regarded Head of Department who takes a genuine interest in developing the people around them.
The caseload offers plenty of variety, with work including commercial landlord and tenant matters, residential and commercial development sites, acquisitions and disposals, freehold and leasehold transactions, easements, covenants and wider commercial property matters.
There is also scope to build client relationships, become more involved in business development and continue progressing your career as the team grows.
